DIWAN CARE is a team of nurses, care companions and people who love being there for others. Many of us know from our own families what it means to care for a loved one.
That's why we take our time: for an honest first conversation, for coordinating with doctors and insurers, and for the small moments that make a day good.
Who pays for care?
In most cases the care or health insurance covers the costs. We bill them directly.
Relief allowance
Up to €131 per month for companionship and respite, from care level 1.
Care services
From care level 2 the care insurance pays for personal care and household help.
Medical care
Prescribed treatment is covered by the health insurance, even without a care level.

Good to know
How much does a home care service cost?
Most services are covered by the care or health insurance. We bill directly and tell you transparently in advance whether you have to pay anything yourself.
Do I need a care level?
Not for medical care, it is prescribed by a doctor. For personal care and companionship via the care insurance, a care level is required. We help with the application.
Which areas do you cover?
Our office is on Sonnenallee in Neukölln. We serve Neukölln and neighbouring districts, just ask.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days of the free initial consultation, faster in urgent cases.
Do your carers speak other languages?
Yes. Our team is multilingual, let us know and, where possible, we'll assign carers who speak your language.
